COOKING WITH SEAWEED


INGREDIENTS
2 g Salted Algatinado
60 ml Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Pineapple Juice
6 Basil Leaves
1 Tea spoon Seaweed Gel
15 ml Sugar Syrup
1 Slice of Cucumber

PREPARATION
1. Remove the salt of the Algatinado soaking the seaweed in water for 3 minutes
2. Get one of the Algatinado banches to use it as garnish for your cocktail.
3. Boil the rest of the red seaweed for 10 minutes in 200 ml of water to get the seaweed gel, the seaweed will become green!!!
4. Mix all the ingredients in a Boston Shaker and shaky shaky for 12 seconds.
