COOKING WITH SEAWEED


INGREDIENTS
10 g Dried Codium
Onion
Garlic
700 g Pumpkin
2 Potatos
1 litre of broth
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

PREPARATION
1. Chop the codium into small pieces (approximately 1 mm): it is recommended to use a food procesator.
2. Peel and wash the vegetables and cut them into sheets.
3. Fry the garlic and onion in a saucepan with the extra virgin olive oil, until they are tender.
4. Add the potatoes and the pupkin and fry for 10 minutes.
5. Add the boiling broth and cook about 15 minutes more.
6. Blend the entire mixture and season to taste.
7. Add the Codium on top.

PRESENTATION
