Sea Spaghetti & Young Garlic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

25 g dried Sea Spaghetti

9 Eggs

9 Young Garlic bunches

Olive oil

Salt

4 Slices of your favourite toasted bread

Parsley

Preparation

1. Rehydrated your Sea Spaghetti soaking in abundant water for 10 min and stir.

2. Wash and chop the young garlic

3. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the Sea Spaghetti and stir fry for 2 minutes more.

4. Add the eggs without beating previously. Stir quickly and continuely until the eggs are cooked.

Presentation

Serve with parsley choped on top and toasted bread. Eggs are low in fat and rich in proteins, when we add all the benefits in terms of nutritional values of the Sea Spaghetti, we are getting a delicious dish, simple and healthy.
