Sea Lettuce Marinara Pizza
8 g Dried Sea Lettuce
150 g Tomato Salsa
1 Buffalo Mozzarella
150 Tuna in olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
2. Rehydrated your Sea Lettuce soaking in abundant water for 5 min. Drain and chop it.
3. Cover the base of the pizza with the tomato salsa and the sea lettuce. Put the tuna, black olives and anchovies on top
4. Add the grated mozarrella on top and bake for 12-15 min at 190 ºC.
Serve it with a bit of extra virgin olive oil on the top.
