Sea Moss and Prawns with Garlic
10 g Dried Sea Moss
350 g of Prawns
1 Garlic Glove
1. Rehydrated your Sea Moss soaking in abundant water for 5 min and stir.
2. Heat the oil with the sliced garlic and the chilli. As soon as it starts to brown, add the prawns with a bit of salt and the sea moss. Sautee all the elements for 5 min.
Serve in a plate and feel all the flavor of the Galician rocky coast.
