COOKING WITH SEAWEED

INGREDIENTS

25 g of dried Sea Spaghetti

200 g rice noodles

3 Garlic cloves

Olive oil

Salt

1 teaspoon dried chilli (optional)

Parsley

PREPARATION

1. Soak the sea spaghetti in abundant water for 10 min. Stir and reserve the Water.
2. Add half liter more of water and a bit of oil and bring it to boil. Add the rice noodles and cook it for the time recommended by the manufacturer.
3. In a pan, heat the oil with the garlic and the chilli, and as soon as the garlic gets a little bit of color add the rehydrated sea spaghetti with the noodles and stir fry.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a plate the stir fry noodles topped with chopped parsley and enjoy with the benifits of the sea spaghetti this delicious vegan dish simple and healthy
