Atlantic Wakame Scallops
10 g of dried wakame
20 cleaned scallops with the shell
1. Rehydrated your Atlantic Wakame soaking in abundant water for 10 min and stir.
2. Chop the onion into small cubes, fry for 10 min on very low heat, without taking color.
3. Add your drained and chopped Wakame.
4. Fry 5 min. more.
5. Place the onion on top of the scallops, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and grilled at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
Serve on a wood table or in individual portions and enjoy the boosted sea flavour for your scallops with the Atlantic Wakame
